From its humble beginnings more than 22 years ago as a standalone office to today, the Ray White Aspley Group has forged a path of continuous improvement. Living and breathing a team-wide culture of constantly searching for better ways of doing things, this spirit of curiosity has brought about exponential growth, with the group now operating from four separate Brisbane locations and servicing clients all over Australia.

The founder of the group, Paul Hodkinson, launched with a focus on family values – his own, those of his team members and by extension, the families within the local community. His approach has always been characterised by flexibility, support and an understanding that caring for the people who work in the business ensures clients are cared for equally well.

In choosing back in 1998 to work under the banner of another Australian family business, Ray White, Paul and his team have been an integral part of the real estate network’s rise to market dominance,  now Australasia’s largest industry brand operating in eight different countries. With almost 1,000 offices and more than 12,000 members, Ray White provides market-leading back end support and technology and now sells one in eight properties across the country.

Ray White Warner was the second office to open in the Aspley Group, launching in 2009. At that time, Paul Hodkinson was the sole director, with Robert Green becoming co-director nine years later in 2018. Despite being home to the Aspley group’s smallest sales team, the Warner office is proud to sell more than one in six homes in the local area and also boasts the largest property management team.

With a median sale price for houses in the mid $500K bracket, the tight-knit and friendly suburb of Warner is becoming an increasingly popular location for first home buyers, as well as being a great place to raise a young family. There are a number of both public and private schools nearby, with sporting clubs, parks and bikeways offering great recreation options for all ages. In fact, the suburb has a total of 49 parks in just over 10 square km, accounting for more than 10% of the total geographic area. Warner is around 20km from the CBD and close to both Bray Park and Strathpine train stations, offering easy access to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane City.
