The suburb of Brendale has become the fastest-growing industrial hub in the greater Brisbane region, with businesses thriving and local residents reaping the rewards.
There have been major additions to the region in recent years with international giants Aldi joining the likes of Bunnings and Super Retail Group in constructing major warehouse operations in the region.
“Brendale’s booming industrial precinct is the perfect location for trade industries, boasting capital city convenience without the capital city price tag,” Moreton Bay Regional Council deputy mayor Mike Charlton said.
Brendale is not only industrial warehouses and enterprises, though, with several boutique and unique businesses calling the region home as well including @CleanskinCoffeeCo, @BrendaleBrewingCo and plenty of other food and beverage services for the growing region.
