Recently rented a property through Ray White Warner. Unfortunately we had to break the lease prior to our tenancy ending. Our Property Manager, Belinda, was very helpful and understanding of our situation. Would not hesitate to use them again, or if I was ever lucky enough to have an investment property, they would be the first place I would call to take care of it.

John was honest and straight talking in all his dealings with us. We never felt pressurised into making rash decisions and John was always supportive in his feedback. John himself had excellent ideas and it was his change of tactics to ‘prices over’ that successfully secured the sale. If I sold a house in the north Brisbane area again I would only use John. Please pass on my thanks which will be followed up with a letter of support over the next few days.
