Our community

By Madeleine Hitchens

Bray Park and Petrie have both emerged as fantastic investment opportunities in the greater Brisbane area.

Hotspotting.com.au founder Terry Ryder has identified the suburbs as key investment areas, largely because of major infrastructure projects in those regions – including the Moreton Bay University Precinct and North East Business Park.

Both Bray Park and Petrie recorded five per cent price growth in the 12 month period from December 2018 to December 2019 and Mr Ryder is predicting that growth will only continue well into the future.

“The drawcards for these suburbs include affordable prices, new rail links … (and) a new university campus,” he said.

The @unisunshinecoast Petrie Campus will open in February this year.
